My Upcoming Shows

I've got a bunch of new paintings to show you! Here's what my schedule looks like this summer...

I'll be at the Spring Green June 25th and 26th, Art Fair on the Square (Downtown Madison)July 9th and 10th; The Mt. Horeb Art Fair July 16th and 17th. In August I'll be at the Agora Art Fair (Fitchburg) on Saturday the 20th and then at Art Street (Green Bay) on the 27th and 28th. In September I'll be at the Hidden River Art Festival (Brookfield) on the 16th, 17th and 18th. Hope to seen you soon! Steve

April 9 Workshop is Now Full!

Thanks everyone for signing up; the workshop last Saturday was great, and I'm looking forward to the next one on April 9th! If you didn't get in (or you wanted to come to one but hesitated to register) LET ME KNOW! I can try to schedule another Saturday in the next month or two, but I need to have at least 6 people to make it worthwhile. Happy Painting!

Update/Cancellation on Workshops

Just a quick note here; I'm NOT going to have the "Photography for Artists" workshops on the 24th or 29th since not enough people registered. Let me know if that topic is of interest, though because I'd really like to teach it.

Also, I haven't given up on my video teaching series, I've just been too busy with other things to get very far.

Steve's Upcoming Workshops!

My watercolor workshops are being held on Saturday March 26th from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30p.m. or Saturday April 9th (same time). These will be right in my studio at 6301 Holscher Rd. McFarland, WI 53558. Cost is $85.00 for the whole day (which includes lunch made by my wife!). Want to come? Simply mail me a check for $85.00 and write on the "memo" of the check which day you want to attend; include your phone number, too. There is room for only 10 students at a time, so register as soon as you can; if there isn't room available I'll let you know and I'll schedule another class, but please don't ask me if there's still room (I end up answering the same question over and over and I'd rather be painting!). Bring whatever watercolor paper/brushes/paint you currently use, as well as any watercolor paintings you're working on and would like feedback on (whether they're finished or not). If you're painting from a photo reference be sure to bring that with you. My new "Photography for Artists" workshops will be held on Thursday, March 24th from 6:30 p.m. to about 9:00 p.m. and another one on Tuesday, March 29th (same time). The cost is $40 for the night; and there's plenty of room since this isn't a painting workshop. Want to learn a lot about photography all in one night? Send me a check for $40 and tell me which date you want to come-include your phone number, too.
